“Booked the Puerto Plata Village through Monarch and flew with Thomas Cook, liked the food and rooms, very well maintained and got “upgraded”. Better than we expected for a Dom Rep 3 star as friends had said 4 star was minimum to consider so got a bit nervous. Only “1″ pool but how many do you need!”
